Agree on how to transact

Make sure to discuss the details of the transaction, including how you'd like to make it happen. Would you prefer for the other member to pick up the plants directly from your address, or would you rather ship them by mail or some other method? Alternatively, you might want to arrange to meet somewhere in person. Keep in mind that if you choose to deliver plants directly to someone else's garden, you might have a chance to chat and potentially build a relationship that could lead to more swaps in the future.

Be transparent on cost
